Shipping

All orders ship out with Canada Post within 3 business days following the purchase date.  Want it to transit faster? You will have a few different options at check out.  If your order qualified for free shipping and you choose to upgrade the shipping service, the new shipping rate will be charged to you. 

Shipping outside Canada

We ship Bloc Shop gear anywhere in the world.  Some international shipping restrictions may apply with other brands.

Returns

All rope climbing equipment is final sale.
Clearance items are final sale.

Climbing shoes: 
Ordering climbing shoes online can be tricky business.  At Bloc Shop, we recommend sticking to what you know.  Sounds boring and you want to go ahead anyway? We will do our best to help.  If you choose to try something new and don’t get the size quite right, don’t sweat it, we've got your back!

Under certain conditions that is… 
  1. Shoes or items must be new, unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  2. A return request must be submitted to shop@blocshop.com within 30 days of reception.
  3. We will get back to you within 3 business days with a return authorization number and instructions.
  4. Once you have received your return authorization number and instructions, you may repackage and return the undesired items to us.
  5. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    If you are not certain about your size, you can always buy 2 pairs and return one (same conditions as above apply).  The cost of shipping for your return will be your responsibility and shipping cost are non-refundable. 

    Once received, we will process your return within 5 business days. The returned product will be inspected and if all the conditions are respected, a refund will be emitted.  Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to show up on your credit card. 

    Clearance items are final sale.

    Warranty

    Something not right with what you ordered?  Bummer!  Drop us a line explaining your situation and we will do our best to make it right.  Due to the nature of rock climbing, normal ‘’wear and tear’’ can be hard to gauge.
    Within 30 days of your purchase, Bloc Shop will make the call giving you the fastest service possible.

    It’s been more than 30 days but something weird is happening?  Drop us a line! We will make the request with the manufacturer for you.  At this point, it will be their decision to honor the warranty or not but we can definitely help you with that!
