Les massifs du Mont-Blanc, des Aiguilles-Rouges, des Bornes et des Aravis, ainsi que les versants suisse ou italien du Mont-Blanc sont le meilleur des terrains de jeu au niveau de l’escalade rocheuse, attirant toujours plus de passionnés du monde entier. Les auteurs proposent 90 voies plaisir de différents niveaux : de 4 à 6a+.
À l’heure où l’escalade sportive fait son entrée aux jeux Olympiques de Tokyo (2020), on peut mesurer la passion inspirée par cette discipline. Les grimpeurs veulent appliquer en milieu naturel les techniques apprises en salle, sans perdre de vue la notion de plaisir.
Les massifs du Mont-Blanc et des Aiguilles-Rouges offrent un terrain de jeu exceptionnel, desservi par de nombreux aménagements : remontées mécaniques, refuges, sentiers balisés, itinéraires équipés. Pour varier les objectifs, et comme alternative aux mauvaises conditions en altitude, il est aisé de se rendre dans les proches régions : Préalpes, Suisse, Italie.
Au total, les auteurs ont sélectionné 90 voies sur une cinquantaine de sommets, des classiques indémodables aux découvertes plus récentes. Les escalades ont été choisies pour la beauté des sites et des gestes, dans une échelle de cotations du 4 au 6a+. Elles sont réalisables à la journée, le plus souvent sans sac à dos, sur des parois ne dépassant pas 300 mètres de haut. On remarquera la variété des styles : gneiss, granite et calcaire, dalles et dièdres, force ou finesse, voies école et terrain d’aventure.
Seule ombre au tableau, le réchauffement climatique qui impacte les territoires d’altitude. Ce topo en explique les effets et souligne les nouveaux paramètres à prendre en compte (retrait glaciaire, éboulements, modification des itinéraires et des approches, époque favorable). All route climbing equipment is final sale.
New, unused items can be returned within 30 days after the purchase date if in their original packaging. They can be shipped back to us or returned directly at any of our locations. Please contact shop@blocshop.com for a return authorization number beforehand. Your returned item will be refunded once inspected by the online store personnel.

All orders ship within 3 business days. The shipping service can be upgraded (at your expense) for faster delivery. Local pick up at one of the gyms is also possible. You will have all these options at checkout.

New and unused items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of reception. A return authorisation number can be requested here or by contacting shop@blocshop.com. Bloc Shop does not cover shipping expenses on returns.
